How to log commands/logins in linux?
I'm feeling that some people are using the root, how i can log all commands and connection times including ips made to the server (ssh) from all users?

I would imagine whatever flavour of linux youre server is on does this automatically? If not try http://www.google.com/search?q=log+ssh+sessions

The universal login name is root. However, there are lots of commands in Linux that you might as well learn them. You can check all the Linux commands right here.

also try ubuntuforums.org but be careful of using commands found on forums, some of them have terminal consequences if run on a linux machine
