The HTML code necessary to create a hyperlink is :
<a href="http://www.desiredURL.com">Click Here for URL name</a>
This code is added into your text where you would like the hyperlink to appear. The section of the code "Click Here for URL name" can be changed to whatever you would like to anchor text to state.

Would it be possible to give us temporary access to your WP admin area to check what's causing the error? If so, please send your site URL and the temporary login details through the contact form at our support page.
You may create a temporary administrator user in the 'Users' menu of your WordPress site. From your dashboard, go to users on the left hand side. From there you can add a new user, and set the status to admin. then once the staff is done, you can delete the user or change the password.

Hi Michellerana
Thanks for the suggestion... if you don't mind I'll take you up on your kind offer- just give me some time to figure out how this works.

Hi Chantelle,
We have received your email and I just responded to it. I forgot to add in my email that I think the issue was that post you referred to is in autosave and it shows you a previous version of the post instead of what is current. Make sure that you always preview changes and then update so that you are looking only at the current version.
Hope that helps. Have a good day!
