I have been trying to fix my optin page to get subscribers to a thank you page with link to my book that is hosted on my WP blog. I can get subscribers to the thank you page if the thank you page is published but this makes it public so anyone can get it and the thank you page is private they can't get the book.

Any ideas how to fix this or referrals for who to contact to have it done for me?

Why not include the link in the confirmation email you send to new subscribers?

You could just mention on the thank you page that a link to the book is in the email just sent to them - this will also hopefully encourage them to add a valid email address!
