I don't know what you call it but how can I change my site from
bestabs101/crunches into
bestabs101/quick-abs/crunches ("quick abs" for example being my keyword")
thank you

It depends, How did you build your website?
Usually this is done by siloing or going one directory folder down.

Log in to your fav FTP client (I like Core FTP) and open the public_html folder. Right click anywhere on the right hand side and choose Make Directory. Give your new directory any title you want, such as quick-abs. You can then create a directory within the quick-abs directory and/or upload .html files etc.

This depends if he is using xsitepro to build his site.
If not then FTP is the way to go.
