Editing homepage

Hi, I've deleted the homepage as the formatting of the text is a bit weird and I can't change it. I've added another page to it, but the original page is still there when I typed the url: www.helpsavethemarriage.com. How can I change the new page to come as the index please?

Also a question on the header, I've changed the background colour under AffiloTheme but it's still displaying the same colour? I've tried using the Header Creator but it can only save as .jpg and wordpress doesn't take jpg as the theme?

Regarding the HEADER - I would use getPaint and save the header as a GIF file. Then replace headers.

As for your homepage if you haven't deleted the old page with a ftp program that page is still there. When you delete the old homepage the new one should now be the primary and show on the website.

this is a wp site , no ftp. using the Affilorama theme, go to theme options, and right there it says to choose your homepage.

I have the same problem with the format not being correct on the homepage. I think it changed when I tried changing to another theme and then switched back again. Now my homepage won't display the paragraphs that I designated when I created the post.

hmm. i dont have the latest version of the theme on my site, so maybe they broke it. support has been notified and will get to work on it.

This sounds like the same issue I posted to Nick and Mark about last night. When I checked my posts later, Mark said he had talked to his coder and they have an idea of what the problem is and they are going to try and work on that this next week.

nick posted that the new update is available. if you are self hosting you need to reinstall the theme with the latest version. if you are using the jetpack hosting it is already fixed for you.

Hi All - I just upgraded from AffiloBlueprint Theme 1.2 to the new AffiloTheme 3.0 and I am having the same formatting issues. Jmpruitt you mentioned there is a fix? I am self hosting but I could not find the fix. Thanks for your help.

they fixed the theme, you just have to download the latest version and upload the new version. When did you last download the theme? I think it was about a week ago was the last time they updated it.

Hello everybody,

How can we tag our home page or any particular page so we could monitor the number of visits of particular page like our homepage? Mailpush can tract how many visitors navigated to such pages but there is a need to tag the page using the analytic javascripts of mailpush.Anybody who has the step by step instruction on how to tag a particular page for this purpose?

Any assistance would be highly appreciated.
