I'm building a WordPress site, following Aletta's instructions. The page I have designated as the Home Page is not coming at the top of the list of links in the sidebar. I know how to reorder the pages in XSitePro but not in WP.

Do the links just show up in the order you create the pages?

How can I reorder them, or at least get my home page at the top?

Hey Helen,

After you have logged into your wordpress dashboard just click on the edit pages link on the left sidebar and it will show up all your pages with their names etc.

If you hover over your cursor over each article name you will notice an option appear underneath. Just click 'quick edit' and a edit menu will show up with the option to put in a order number...It will probably be at 0 so if its your homepage then leave it at zero but repeat the process for all your other article pages and enter a number (this will determine what order they will appear on your site)

Its in ascending order so if you have 20 pages go from 0-19.

That should do it!
