Buying expired domain names - Good idea? Do you inheret PRs?
Hi, i found a way to track expired domainnames who are in the yahoodirectory and they have also a pagerank. If i use those can i keep that pagerank?
Can someone tell me if it is a good idea to start a site about forex trading? I can buy a domain with a pagerank of 2/10, i think its a good start. Another topic would be sextoys also with a domain with PR 2/10

I've never bought an expired domain but have always heard that once a domain expires and the pages are gone, it loses its page rank, meaning all existing links are no longer counted towards the site... so you have to start all over earning your ranking.

I wouldn't create a site just because you can buy it with a PR of 2. Do a little work and you can easily get a PR of 2. Pick a site you know is going to work for you first.

I personally tend to just get new domain names.... again just my preference.
