Building internal links on a WordPress website

Hi!

I would like to know if there is any special kind of plug-in that you can use on a Wordpress blog that will allow you to link the pages in your site.

For example, when your reading an article on a website about fish and they happen to mention fishtanks in the article and provide a anchor text link that takes you to another page on their site that talks about fishtanks.....

is this done manually or is there a special tool you can use to do this?
I gues the first question should have been whether or not you can do this on a wordpress blog?
