after checking backlinks of my competitors sites, a lot of them are listed in blogs like these with a bit of page rank where its pretty much linking to a bunch of affiliate sites. Who is making these blogs? the owner of my comptetior?

They are just spam blogs. (SPLOGS)

They offer no real value to anyone and steal content etc...
I am sure they have no lives and live in their parents basement picking their zits.
You can search Google for more info..
You can block the IP if you do not want them to link to you.
