 Hello,

Google Sandbox is a Google algorithm which keeps tracks of the methods that we are trying to build backlinks for our blogs. Google Sandbox tracks the IP address of our computer and will notice how much and how frequently we are building a backlinks for our blog.

Google Sandbox is not a program or tool. It is rather just a term by webmasters and marketers pertaining to the website's "no traffic" period.

This is the time wherein a website should expect no traffic coming from search engines. Usually the sites experiencing Google Sandbox are new websites.

 The Google Sandbox Effect is a theory used to explain why newly-registered domains or domains with frequent ownership changes rank poorly in Google Search Engine Results Pages (SERPS). In other words new websites are put into a “sandbox” or a holding area and have their search ratings on hold until they can prove worthy of ranking

 Can you tell me how we know that our site is in Google Sandbox? I know that many offshore software development company sites are in Google Sandbox but the question is how we check?

Hi,

I am not aware of any tools associated with google sandbox but as long as your site is not yet receiving any traffic then you're site is experiencing google sandbox.

The Google Sandbox is an alleged filter placed on new websites. The result is that a site does not receive good rankings for its most important keywords and keyword phrases. Even with good content, abundant incoming links and strong Google Page Rank.

Isn't it . I am confusing . I Read About Sandbox and Found its an Short time penalty from Google for those website that comes very Quickly in search visibility by doing some black hat techniques . As time passes and Some Quality back-links generated for website it automatically comes from sandbox . thanks

Hi Gary,

It is the "time frame" where a site is getting no traffic at all. Google sandbox is just a term used to identify the time that sites experience no traffic, mostly for new websites not for sites that are penalized.

 Sand box is defined as a time period which a new website needs to wait, in order to get ranking for key words. In order words, it can be defined as a filter system that Google places on every new webpages. Google crawl each and every webpage of new website, this time required in this crawling process is termed as Sand box.
