Website Is Still Not Indexed

My website http://www.thrustbearingindia.com/ has not been indexed by Google yet when it is almost 4 months now my website is live. I have created many high pr web backlinks but yet to be indexed even in first 30 pages. What could be the possible causes of it? Any help would be appreciable.

 There are several ways to get your site indexed. The quickest is to ping your site and the different pages on your site using sites like Pingler.com

You can also refer to the other methods discussed in the following guide :

 I use "Fetch" on Google Webmaster Tools. Google it up.

My new published posts get indexed in 24-36 hours.
