Should internal links contain the keyword ONLY?
for example the key word is "get abs" should the link ONLY contain the word "get abs"? ie
as an example the bold and underlined text means link/clickable
which is correct or is both ok?

I would just use the anchor text keyword.
Make it relevant but don't go overboard with heaps of keyword rich links on one page, it is just spammy.
