Page rank of 1 - will Google crawl my site more often now?
My site just got a page rank of 1. Woohoo :P
Since page rank is Googles measure of a sites level of importance, does it mean that now I've been ranked, the crawlers will pass by sooner.
What other differences are there in the way Google crawls your site, once you're ranked?

Yeh, the higher your PR, the more often the google spider should drop by.
Not really much of a difference, I think the only thing that changes is the frequency of the vists by SE spiders.
