Opinions On Free Traffic System

What are you guy's overall opinion of the Free Traffic System for SEO

I just signed up and have submitted 6 articles
i dont mind doing all the manual work as long as it is worth it.
i cant say if it works well or not because it takes a few months to see results with SEO
So to everyone that is using it---are you guys getting good results using it?

To me it looks like a pretty good system (for free) anyway

thanks, it almost looks like its not worth the time to submit your articles-based on that website a lot of people are unhappy with the (claimed) service that free traffic system says it will provide.
