Could someone please link me to a page showing how to use the tool... there's a few things i dont understand such as "Do not submit this article to my own site" and just how to rewrite the articles... as 3 seperate articles? thanks

With AMA you do not usually tick the box that say's "Do not submit this article to my own site" as this will post the spun article to your own site and may be very similar to another article you already have on your site.
