Furthermore, on the subject of indexing, any links that you get on a page with any page rank (even if it is PR0) are pretty much guaranteed to be indexed, aren't they? This is because the Google bot must come back to that particular page to update its assessment of that page's page rank. And if this is true then if you are posting links on pages with PR, the only benefit of using a tool like Backlink energizer would be to get your links indexed faster.

Nothing is "guaranteed" to be indexed, the search engines have to find it and in some cases, if there are no links pointing to the page containing your links, then the search engines cannot find it. That's where Backlink Energizer and similar programs come in handy. Even if you have built a link on a page that does have incoming links, it's a good thing to get your links indexed faster right?

Most of the time, search engines would only count the backlinks when it brings traffic to your site, that is, a user found it and clicked on it. That's how the backlink is indexed. Even then, search engines like Google can choose not to display it so even if you make 10 backlinks and all 10 are indexed, you only see 5 when you run a search on backlinks.
Hope that helps. Have a good day!

That's one of the reasons to use a backlink booster tool, to send more attention and possibly some links to your links!

Thats really good explanation. So how do we indexed our page fast then? Does Pinging help? I know that Google don't show all the backlinks but sometimes I see backlinks of other websites and when I make backlinks same way as they did, mine doesn't show up. I hope you know what I m saying...
So why this happens? Any ideas?

You can get your pages indexed fast (You need only submit your sitemap to search engines) but you can't get your backlinks indexed as fast. Those backlinks need to get raw traffic so you can expect that these will take time to show up.
Pinging helps but this is mostly to inform search engines that you have new content on your site. This helps get your site indexed more often, which helps with your rank.
Hope that helps. Have a good day!

I been lurking around the forum and saw your post. So in order to get links indexed, you said it needs raw traffic? How many? from where? Please let me know because I have many backlinks waiting to be indexed.
Thanks in advance

I haven't used Backlink Energizer myself but you can refer to Michelle's post above:
I have not personally used backlink energizer but based on what I've read on internet forums, it could work if you have the patience to create good clusters.

Raw traffic means a user comes across your link and clicks on it, thus being taken to your website. That means a unique IP.

As a rule of thumb, you don't want to build links to a new site too fast or in big batches. This will not look natural to the S.E.'s. If your site is less than 6 months old or so, I don't think using Backlink Energizer is a good idea as it could make your links seem to appear in batches.
Untill your site is well established, the S.E.'s will flag too many links showing up all at once. Spend your time building the best quality links you can and then let them show up naturally. Also work on building links that will actually bring you quality traffic.

It's always better to start nice and slow with backlinking when you're doing it for a new website. It is not just credible to the search engines for a new site to have so many links point back to it.
With the changes to the algorithm as well as recent crackdowns on blog networks, I don't think this system is going to work that much longer. I think it's hard work moving forward.

While we are on the subject, does anyone recomend any type of new "White Hat" link building strategies. I haven't come across any new thoughts about creative link building in a long while.
It seems that the art of creative link building strategies may be coming to an end. Only quality traditional link building along with high quality content will get your site ranking well (and keep it there).
I still spin articles as a base for link building, but I don't see any fresh idea's for building links.
Any thoughts?

Nice observation. Generally, it will take you time, effort, and a whole lot of patience before you see real results. Additionally, not all "quick" SEO methods work all the time. It may work, but not for long. So we really need to listen to Paul's advice on this.
