"View bids" no longer on overture - What happened?
Hi all, I was looking in overture a couple of days ago and the "view advertisers max bids tool" was in the upper right hand corner. Suddenly it went away. Anyone know what happened? Is there anywhere else you can figure adsense payout? Or am I missing something obvious on overture?
Thanks
Matt
Thanks

Yeah, it does appear to be gone, apparently for good:
as far as figuring out your adsense earnings, "Google" it, you should find various theories & formulas to help you get an idea. The Overture bids were so far off the mark from Google Adwords actually numbers anyway I'm not sure how useful the tool was for that use to begin with IMO.

YSM has just changed the way they rank bidders haven't they? If their algorithm isn't purely based on bid price, then they might not want to give away the details of the top bidders, like google do.

YSM has just rolled out their new platform, and that's changed the way everything works, like Sean said.
I imagine they'll provide a new tool, minus the specific bids, soon. It'll probably be similar to Google's "Cost and ad position estimate" tool.

P.S - I wrote a blog post on the change, in case you missed it.

Guess you have to really stay on top of things with IM. It all changes so fast. So if you can google a topic and get an idea, then somebody is getting the info somewhere...where? From there own adsense earnings?

Just found a site called keyword country. Anybody use this? I thought it actually looked pretty good. It has a few videos to show you what you get, but it's pretty pricy.

Hi Matt,
I haven't checked out this tool you're speaking of, but before you go spending any more money, have you watched all the videos and read all the information I've provided on finding profitable keywords? There are methods of (sort of) "triangulating" to find profitable keywords for both PPC and SEO. There's a whole section on "finding profitable keywords and conducting research" -- plus there's a really good tutorial coming out with the February update in the next couple of days that can walk you through the process.
I'm only saying this because I see so many affiliates get stuck buying so many products, methods, secrets and tools... when very few of them are actually revolutionary. And yes, it does seem pretty pricey.
Have a think about it.

matthewjahn with nichebot you have access to wordtracker and Keyword discovery within your subscription.
I am not there. Like Mark Said, watch tutorials, and a one day subscription to wordtracker will be enough to start.
