Mark, should I wait until my pages for my new site are indexed before setting up and running my adwords campaign? How many pages do you recommend creating so you don't get hit with high minimum bids? Last question, when running your adwords campaign do you point all of your campaigns to your landing page or to other pages within your site?

I've got pages that aren't indexed with minimum bids of 4 cents, so don't worry about that.

I've also got a site with only 5 pages, again with 4 cent minimum bids. If the content on your page is relevant, there shouldn't be a problem.

Which page you send people to depends on what keywords you're using. Think about what people are thinking when they type in the keywords and build the landing page around that.
