Redeeming Adwords promotion code

i have a promotion code from google worth $75

i created a new adwords account and put in my credit card details in the billing section
i put in the promotion code as well.

my question is there is noware in my account that says i have a $75 credit
just to make sure i tried redeeming the promotion a second time (it says the promotion code has been redeemed already)

but like i said there is no indication in my adwords accout that i have a $75 credit
