I ran my first report. I entered 12 or so keywords that I know rank for a client. I got a red error that said only keyords that are on one line and something else. I though It might be a return error as I pasted the keys from a .txt file.

When I just put in one key, the red dialog did not appear. I put in two keywords, and no results were found. Please see image.

I don't get it.

Same thing (no results found) when I tried the backlink tool.

I got an error message when I pasted your keywords:

Please enter a valid keyword. Only numbers, lower case letters and spaces are allowed.

When I changed them to lower case, I got no results found for your keyword/s. I also was not able to generate results using the backlink checker tool.

Thank you for making us aware of these issues. I will forward them to our technical staff.

Thanks for patiently waiting and I'm really for any inconvenience that this may have caused you. There's an on going issue with the Search Ranking Genie but the Backlink checker is working though it might take a while before it displays the results.

Please let me know if you continue to have problems with the backlink checker.
