Is there an MSN slap?

Does anyone know if MSN has any problems with things such as direct linking or offering a free report on a landing squeeze page? I know Google has slapped campaigns for this, but I couldn't find anything specific in MSN guidelines about these practices.

no msn never slap any website so don't be worry but there is one condition that don't use any black hat seo techniques.

There will be a Yahoo and MSN merger and PPC accounts will be transitioned by 2010 holiday season or they may adjust transition timing and dates as needed.
