Hi. Please someone help me. I looked at my email this morning and Google said my account has been disabled and I can no longer advertise with them. They did not say specifically why? Can someone please explain this to me and is there a way to get another chance with them. I haven't done anything wrong.

Hi, this happening to everyone..so let's hold out.
I too have had my account the same. I have a very pure(gold account with only high QS and great products (no cure this or that produts) and that has been whacked too.

Can't serem to get hold of anyone in google - they all want you to email - email them and they email back to say look at the help forum. Really silly.

if u are in the uk call 0207 031 3000, press1 then type in any 3 numbers -then be creative to get thjrough to someone in adwords department. it may take several tries.

Google - they are...!!!!

Hi Troy. No. I've only had 1 account and never got warnings.

Yep! The same happened to me after almost 5 years of advertising with them.
I had a good CTR and Quality Scores. So, why they did it is guess work.

They send the same email to everyone that gets banned, but I think they
just have other reasons than what they mention in the email message.

They'll never tell end they'll never respond to your questions...
