Thanks Michelle,
but I was looking more for the kind of words to use in your add and what to put in there rather than just a general guide on putting ads in there.
I think Mark Ling recommended a book before that contains information on how to write good call to action so people click on your adds/links, but I can't remember the name of it..

Your PPC add should be short, pointing to the person directly and causing emotions.
Bad example: Come to our hospital for you cellulite, we have best surgeons.
Good example: Aren't you tired of being fat? If yes, click here now.

I don't recall the book Mark recommends but I do read Copyblogger.com.. They have tutorials on Copywriting and writing in general that can help.

Doing a Pay Per Click Campaign with Bing will be a very good idea because first, there are not yet that many advertisers unlike Google, very high Unique visitors getting generated each month.
