Can we have more than one Adwords Account?

Hi everyone!

I wonder if we can have 2 adwords account. I have read adwords miracle. it recommends us to have another account if the old account has bad performance history.

Yes, I've emailed an adwords guy before.

It will be a different account though. Everything is explained in the adwords learning center.
