Why don't you just setup a split test yourself? It would take 1 minute to do :)

This isn't something I've tested myself, so I really can't give you a definite answer.

I been trying to find the video where Mark says capitalizing the letters are better but I cant find it so I didn't respond. I'm pretty sure capitalizations are better.. it worked well for me anyways.
