Adwords: Cost Per conversion

Hi,

I've noticed in the videos that Mark has a cost per conversion column in his stats. How do you add that and how to you feed it your sale stats etc??

That is done by placing your conversion code on a thankyou page of an order form. You will ask the merchant to place your code on there.
