Hi there,

This is what is happening with one of my keywords -

CLICKS IMPS CTR CPC AV POS QUAL SCORE
2 181 1.10% A$0.85 6.4 4/10

It also says that I am below the first page bid. I am a bit confused because my average position is 6.4 which I thought is not too bad? What can I do here?

The campaign has been going for about 4 days.

Hi Nat

So your quality score is 6.4? You will probably want to aim for about 8 or higher to keep your CPC down and a good ad position, particularly if it's a competitive market.

There are lots of things you can do to improve your quality score - review this free lesson on improving your QS as it covers the main things Google is looking for.

Also consider using the Site Optimizer tool that Google offers.
