traffic travis inaccurate or accurate

Hi guys,
i am new here.
I use traffic travis quite some time now.
I wanted to start a dutch .nl website. So i did some keyword research. I typed in the keyword in traffic travis in seo analysis and i see this site on rank 2 for the keyword: google zoekmachine.

Here is the website: http://www.dezoekmachineoptimalisatie.n ... ekmachine/.
For onpage it only has keyword in description but when i check here http://www.seocentro.com/tools/search-e ... lyzer.html i see it has also keyword in title and header.
How come this has not been seen by traffic travis.
Also another question.
When i use seo analysis of traffic travis do i need to use the keyword like this: [keyword] or like this "keyword" and whats the difference?
thank you

I checked the results on the keyword 'google zoekmachine' (search location netherlands). Traffic Travis ranked it as the 5th site and it showed that the keyword is in the title, description and heading.

You could just do a keyword search without quotes or brackets. Quotes are used to get the exact keyword match results. The thing with using quotes is that the results from such a search will not reflect the true results pulled up by ordinary internet users. We usually do not put quotes on when we do a search in Google.

Mark has also posted the comment below to answer a question on the same issue (only Affiloblueprint members have access to the thread): Keyword Phrases - Correct english or the exact phrase match

MarkLing wrote:I dont think you need to be too worried about people searching for exact phrases - the majority of people search without using the quotes so "weight training at home" is just as likely to rank when someone searches for it without the at. When using the Keyword Tool its better to use Broad matching rather than Exact as that will skew your results

Hope that helps!

well the site ranks on place 2, i even checked on google.nl.
Maybe because we use different google searches. You are in philipinnes and i am in the netherlands.
Too bad ranking is not the same in every country.Traffic travis need to change this.
Otherwise if i do a keyword for US i will get different rankings then someone who really searches for that term in the US.This is very important.
Also now it gives me description,h1 and title tag.Maybe i used the quotes and thats why it got skrewed up.
thanks for the info and your fast reply.

If we set the search location to the same country, Traffic Travis should give out the same results no matter where we are. I used "Netherlands" as search location for google zoekmachine. The site http://www.dezoekmachineoptimalisatie.n ... oekmachine is currently ranked #2. Maybe it was 5th on ranking during the time I checked.

Search engines show different results based on the location of the user. Traffic Travis pulls out its data from the actual results given by search engines. I suggest that you set the search location to "US" if you want to target a global market.
