I've just joined Affilorama - Where do I start?
If you haven't already seen our sensational newsletter videos created by Affilorama founder Mark Ling, then we recommend you start there. These videos guide you gently through the basics of affiliate marketing, tell you what’s possible and answer loads of questions about how it all works. These videos will help complete newbies make sense of the whole affiliate marketing business model, plus they teach critical information such as the mindset of millionaires. How you think determines how you act, and as you’ll discover, successful entrepreneurs think in a unique way!
Once you’ve got to grips with the basics, you can move on to the Introduction section of the main Affilorama lessons (located in the Lessons tab). This section demystifies all those slightly scary sounding things like pay-per-click, search engine optimization and answers the pressing question: do you actually need a website to be an affiliate? The Introduction videos provide the foundation for the rest of the course and are essential viewing (and reading) for those new to affiliate marketing.
The next step will undoubtedly be conducting research. Luckily we’ve got a whole section on Market Research, teaching how to choose a great market to promote. If you've already got an idea of the topic you want to pursue, then these videos will teach you how to research it thoroughly to make sure it'll be profitable. If you don't have any ideas yet... watch these videos, learn the techniques, and then use them to brainstorm a few topics. These videos on market research are very important.
