To earn more from adsense, are these steps right based on niche website:

1. using KeywordToolExternal find not so competing keywords (Advertiser Competition) with good price (Estimated Avg. CPC) -
for example based on wheels keyword:
pro wheels - $1.22
wheels packages - $1.74

2. use these keywords on your website in title, content, links.

3. advertisers with these keywords will appear in Adsense code block on your website

4. if advertiser is paying more you earn more with Adsense

is that right?

Yes, you have the gist of it. An important note is that you will only get paid more if a visitor clicks on the advert of the higher paying advertiser. :)

I have been the user of adsense for couple of years now.Yes those steps you have mentioned here are initials that you need to care at the beginning and also very crucial task where you need to be perfect.The next steps are you have to update your site with useful and fresh content on a regular basis and thats the key to success with adsense.However you need to consider other things like ad position,ad color etc to increase your earnings.

I'm glad to hear you're earning much from AdSense. That would mean that you're getting pretty good traffic on your site and you might want to expand that and promote products too. You can earn commissions from products bought from your site which will add more to your earnings. :)
