locked lenses-what to do with content?

I don't know if this has happened to many of you, but I got my top ranked Squidoo lens locked for the second time. It's really annoying because it has helped a lot of people and when I corrected a few things last time it got republished. I think it gets caught in their giant spam filter that will zap anything that covers themes like some health issues (yeast infections) etc. ( It is original content too)

What I wanted to ask was-if I remove MOST of my content and republish it in a new Blogger or WP blog will it be seen as duplicate content by Google if the content is taken off Squidoo? Obviously t may be a while before the spiders crawl the Squid site and I don't know what the policy Google has for cached or recently deleted content/??

I don't think Google will see it as duplicate content if you take out the information from your Squidoo lens and re-publish it on your blog. I suggest reading through this Google Webmaster help page on duplicate content and how to approach it.

Hope that helps. Have a good day!
