1) SPECIFIC and constructive AIM

2) STRONG DETERMINATION TO ACHIEVE THE AIM

3) patience

4) ignoring pride. pride may kill you!!

5) VALUE OF TIME

IF YOU HAVE ALL THESE YOU WILL BE DEFINITELY SUCCEED!!

Thanks for sharing this. I do agree that one should have specific goals to provide direction. Goals should also have a deadline to motivate you to work harder and achieve success.
