Should I choose this keyword?

Hi,

I need an advice regarding keyword selection.
I've got a keyword with global monthly search volume is 9.900 (broad).
Advertiser competition is high, but the estimated avg. CPC is $0.05 (it's confused me) and there is "No Data" in Search Volume Trends.
When I tried to search this keyword with Traffic Travis, I can't found it.
Also, Traffic Travis gives 4 stars for this keyword.
Should I pick this keyword for my site?

Yes. The only way you'll know is by doing. Action is far stronger than thought.

Do it and you'll find out. It doesn't work? Do another one.
