Information needed in SEO pack

Hi, I have filled in all the required info into the SEO pack but according to market samurai there is no title, description or header. Does anybody know why this is happening?

You might want to check the spelling on your website URL buddy. No point posting a link to your site if it don't go there! I assume it's http://www.musicprofessorpro.com
