Hi everyone. My first website built with affiloblueprint is having some success and I would like some feedback on what to do to increase my sales. For the past 2 months since my site went up http://www.caninehousetraining.com I've average one sale per week ($37 a week). It's been consistent. That means I'm doing something right.

I'd like to know how I can increase my sales. I use AMA and it is FANTASTIC. Any other suggestions? I've already started building my second site but I know my first one can use some tweaking since the product is excellent. I'm going to also print this in the success area.

Hi Shalisha, it's great to hear you're getting consistent sales!

I've taken a look at your site and I suggest that you place a call to action on all your images rather than just pictures of dogs. For example, you can put, 'Click here for the best Shih Tzu training guide!' or something like that instead of just a picture of Shih Tzu on this page:

To implement Affiloblueprint, you will spend approximately US$10/year on web hosting, another US$10/year for your domain name, US$197 if you want to use XSitePro as your website building software (you could use WordPress a free alternative :)) and US$20/month on your newsletter autoresponder service.

Hi,

Why not try shifting the sidebar to the right ? Especially the optin box.
You might get a different result.

Btw, Michelle, just want to check how do you normally do the Articles menu using Wordpress ?
Do you use the CATEGORY feature or just Text Widget ?

Hey great work! I'd suggest going for some more unique content for your site.. interview some experts in dog training and offer it as a freebie on your site. Create some mouse traps that create a buzz and get that word of mouth happening.. it's really a numbers game.. increase your traffic you'll increase your sales (if the site is already converting for you)

Shalisha, do you know how much traffic you are getting? It might be as simple as sending more traffic per the keywords you are targeting. Double your traffic (if we consider that you may have already tweaked your pages as much as possible)

Checked your site and had a few suggestions for you.

I was not able to get back to home page, from other pages.

Check out your competitiors. Their website design, content, and effectiveness. How does your site compare..?

You may be able to upgrade design and content for small fee.

You may want to consider using a 800 numbers ( phone and fax ) for your business and a professional answering service. Research different services you can probably find one very inexpensive.

You may want to use a PO box, if this is your home address for the business. There are some crazy folk online.

is your site keyword optimized...?

Have you tried local business directories online and offline.. free and paid directories exist.

Classified ads online and offline..free and paid ads exist

This is simple. If a niche make me money (a site makes me $200 per month), I like to build a another site in the same niche. That's $400 per month now. Many people like to go in many, many niches. I like to build several sites in the same niche.
