Google Keyword Tool..Maybe Not Good For SEO?

Hello Everyone,
Would love to hear feedback from Mark, and anyone with enough experience to comment on this blog post I stumbled upon. It tries to make the argument that Google's keyword tool is tailored specifically for PPC, and not so good for returning accurate search results for SEO.

Based on the data he gave from his testing (the key factor in any campaign) it appears to me that he may have some valid points. Also personally wouldn't put it past Google to do this.
