Can't find a good product for my niche.. help?

helo again everyone..

i got myself confused again.. -_-.

anyway! i got these PLR packs from Mark, and one of the packs is about Singing. Since I'm very familiar for that niche, I decided to go for it. But the problem is I can't find a good product to promote in clickbank..

I know some products but they are outside clickbank and they only give 30% commissions..

but there's Singorama in clickbank.. stats are.. Stats: Future $: - | Total $/sale: $63.90 | Avg %/sale: 70.0% | %/refd: 79.0% | Grav: 22.81 |.

should i just go for it?

@darkclaw3000 - I would maybe make a minisite (up to 15 pages) initially promoting singorama and some other non clickbank products, then expand if sales are going well. A gravity of 22.81 isnt bad, and there will most likely be weaker competition than for the bigger niches with mutiple high selling products. Marks affilojetpack is out tomorrow and I think he said that one of the 11 niches was going to be learn to sing, so im guessing its a pretty decent niche for newbies to go for.

Hope that helps
