Hello fellow marketers:
I have question for discussion?
Are any of you using a disclaimer as wanted by the Federal Trade Commission?
I sleep better at night since I have one.
Thank you
Mark

It would be best to protect your site by placing a disclaimer at the footer. The FTC regulations requires that you disclose that you're earning affiliate commissions on products you're recommending.

Yes, I have a note on my sites that says I'm an affiliate of the products being promoted.

It's better to have a disclaimer on your site to be on the safe side. This disclaimer is one way to protect your affiliate site.
