Will there be enough information given during the course that we will be able to replicate it on our own, or will we have to keep buying these niche packs in order to be successful afterwards?

You should be able to replicate. by the time you run out of the content packs, you should be making enough to pay a writer to do all of your content for you.

And there is the option to buy the other packs. But even by the time you get through those, you could still hire someone to write stuff for you.

Mark has said that they will be adding new jetpacks over time as well.

One thing that I am doing is dragging out all those old PLR packs and browsing through them I found a few that are high enough quality that with some good rewriting, I will be able to add even more content to my new sites. you could look into either hiring a ghost writer to write for you, or use look at PLR articles.
