I just updated from TT Pro to TT 4.0
Very impressed!
The bonuses are even more incredible than the tool!
Every one needs to buy this.
If you don't have money for it, sell some of your junk on eBay.
You need this!
You need to see the bonuses.
Mr. Ling has over delivered again.

And I like the the page analysis better in Page Analysis. What is more, I like to add competitor's site. It seems like TT3.3 is more clear. Am I missing something?

The training video should pop up when you click the individual tabs. They will pop up every time untill you tic the box for them not to when you close it down.

We will be releasing a 'project' importer which will help you move your TTv3 projects to v4. This tool will be ready by end of the launch week (next week).
We've been getting a lot of feedbacks, praises and bug reports since TTv4 was launched few days ago. Our goal is to have 95% these bugs fixed in 2 - 3 weeks time.
We'll appreciate if you guys would also add your own into our Traffic Travis v4 survey form. This is the same form that you'll see if you press the "Give Feedback" button at the top of the software.

I also can't get the rankings to update. I set it to daily updates and go back the next day, the "Last Update" date has incremented but the rankings are unchanged. Yet, if I go on Google or Market Samurai they are very different. Obviously as a result, the Dashboard is useless because everything on it is out of date.
I wish there were a dedicate set of support forums for TT4, that would make it much cleaner.

Nico,
Market Samurai is a great keyword research, SEO and PPC tool (probably one of, if not, the best); if you have mastered it then I would recommend you stick with it. MS does have the advantage of a one-time purchase as opposed to TT4 which is a continuity program (great for affiliate marketers). As JC has already pointed out, the bonuses are definitely worth taking up TT4, even if it is only for one month.
TT4 has a very simplistic interface compared to TT3 and MS. I think that it is this simplicity that many may struggle with, so don't be fooled by the simple interface. Like Optimus Prime and the Transformers, there is more to TT4 than meets the eye. So far I have found that TT4 performs every function in TT3 (albeit in a different way) and, so far, most of the functions and features found in MS. As I get to know and understand the tool (TT4) I may find that it does more than MS; as with many software programs, success comes down to how and where you click your mouse (and when).
For example; MS provides great tools for SEO competition and rank tracking; however, in my opinion, TT4 provides better on-site and on-page analysis, which is an essential part of SEO. With both tools one needs to know where to click the mouse as some things are not obvious in either tool. I think that TT4 has a lower learning curve than MS.
In summary, there is no good reason, and you don't HAVE to switch to TT4. MS is a great tool; if you know it, like it and make progress with it then stick with it. However, I do think TT4 is worth checking out, at least for a month, and the bonuses are definitely worth it.
Cheers,
John

Actually, TT4 is a one time purchase too. The monthly membership to Affilorama Premium is optional.

Sorry to say this but it so annoying to have bugs all over and over, and report all this. I just want to do marketing in Internet - not bug tracking with half working software. Im going back to another software and will try to use TT4 one more time after a month or more, before 60 days money guarantee is over.
Regards and have a nice day.

I'll be honest that after a few days of exploring TT4 I'm a bit disappointed at certain aspects. That isn't to say that there are some really great improvements (interface, linkbuilder, etc). I do take it as a good sign though that since I got it they've been updates every day (sometimes more than once) because it means that feedback and reports are being acted upon fairly quickly. I expect most of the major bugs to be ironed out within the next few weeks.
For those interested, I've just finished my review of TT4 which you can check out here - http://bit.ly/lwQPuI
Hope you find it useful,
Joshua

Yes, the Traffic Travis support and development team are working extra hard to address all issues and bugs. Our goal is to resolve at least 95% of the bugs within the next two weeks.
I apologize for any inconvenience. I understand how frustrating it can be. I thank all of you for your patience and understanding as we fix these issues.

now, I dont really have bug question, but more trying to learn the new functions. Doing the new page report on the My Site tab, it says "Your page title and H1 tags are the same. Your most focussed keywords should be used in the page title, while tour H1 tag should reinforce your page title."
I thought your page title was supposed to be the same as your H1 tags, this is confusing. Using wordpress, how do we differentiate H1 from the Page Title?
I tried changing the Meta Title and that didn't change the status (although it did get rid of another problem it was showing.
perhaps a tutorial on what each of the factors it is looking at in the report and how to change them could be helpful. :)

I think that is a bug in Traffic Travis, but I am not sure so don't quote me on that. :)
I have forwarded this to Traffic Travis support and will give you all an update as soon as I hear back from them.

For example anchor text (SEO->Backlinks) dont support other language/charset than english.
I will send this one more time.
Why SEO->Backlinks option in tt4 dont have options like tt3 with flag follow/nofollow and links in/out - it will by in tt4?

I'm using a combination of v3 and v4 until the bugs get sorted out, although v3 seo analysis seems to be broken now too!

When you gonna fix errors (I report this long time ago) with:
1. polish letters in keywords (look at attachment)
2. dividing websites with comma (many CMS use coma separated URLs). I would like to analyse website URLs like this: http://valvoline.pl/1,0,all,aktualnosci.html
its NOT possible now, and this is one of most important websites for me and I bought tt4 to work on this website also.
This are serious bugs, i cant work.
Update also dont works (automatic download new version).
After update from a link, still dashbord is useless - all values are 0, TOP5 is empty (v.2827).
PLEASE do a proffesional bugtracker so we can see what bugs are solved and how you are working on bugs that still exists. Its really annoing to send You over and over this same bugs.
Regards
Pawel

I send one again some screenshots to support, as they as if reported bugs are gone. Its looks like foolish me a little because they have this same software and can check this straight.
Im loosing time with this software. I read this tread from start, when Mark reply once. Almost all users have this same problems as I have. Software is useless.
Ask your friends to write here, may by this give a kick to support to think a little. If not then "return money" volume give them this kick.

They also published their road map which I found quite helpful. It's good to know what they are working on and that they listened to feedback reports.

TT4 was released in a seriously flawed and ridiculously untested way. There is absolutely no way anyone testing that product to even 10% of its functionality could have missed the issues.
For example, the Dashboard - if you create a project, put in some keywords and come back the next day, the ranking report on the dashboard didn't work. There was no way to update it. It just was broken beyond repair. So on the very first page, it was entirely non-functional.
Up until last Friday if you switched projects immediately after it loaded you hung the application - you literally had to go into the taks manager and kill the process to stop it.
My 7yo sitting down watching me use TT4 Pro in one session actually thought the little "Oops" guy was part of the application, he thought it was some kind of game.
Even with the recent build from last Friday, you can't get through a real session without at least one crash.
And I mean really, a keyword research tool that didn't let you specify whether you wanted, Broad, Phrase or Exact results? Come on.
I've run a software company and one of two things happened:
1) Marketing drove the development - the marketing types set a "launch" date and got all wrapped up in the Jeff Walker Product Launch Formula that they forgot you actually needed a working product;
or
2) The development company ran out of money, were going to miss a milestone payment, some kind of bonus or something and pushed it out the door.
Nobody releases that product in the shape it was in and doesn't realise it.
My last comment is this - I bought the product on Mark Ling's reputation alone. I bought it on the first day just because Mark is an ethical and upfront guy and has never steered me or anyone else I've ever read wrong.
Well, that's the end of the goodwill unfortunately. Sad really - you spend years building your reputation and then one bad product decision and its damaged.

Thanks for your comments. Like I mentioned in my post on Traffic Travis we are truly sorry. There is not much more that I can add that will bring you any comfort I don't think and I certainly don't want to try and hide.
I will let you know this. Our sole focus for the past few weeks and for the next few weeks is Traffic Travis. We are releasing daily builds and if you update tot he latest version now I'm sure you will find a large portion of your issues have already been taken care of.
If you keep track via the roadmap you will see we are getting through a lot of work quickly.
Sorry once again.
Simon

Secondly, on page analysis result is completely different from Traffic travis 3 prof. In traffic travis 3, my keyword density is stated as 1.6% but in TT4 it gave me a warning sign as i have less than 0.5%. I am confused. Which is right?
However, something great to comment is their customer service. It is great and they reply my quires quick.

Conversation seems to have quieted down a bit on the latest release of TT. I see the last posts were back in May. Have the problems been resolved?
I just bought 4.0 last night and am not able to use the Keyword Research tool and have not heard anything back from technical support. I have searched for additional threads on the topic but this one seems to be the most active.
What's going on with TT4 at the moment? Should I get a refund or stick it out? The software seems HIGHLY promising if it would start working correctly. Thanks.

Sounds like you are having the same issues as I am with the Research/Keyword module. It returns "no data found" and then prompts for a restart, restart doesn't help. I got a response yesterday from support.
"Thanks for submitting your report. An update will be released to fix this issue. Please update to the latest Traffic Travis v4 when the yellow banner prompts you to 'install the latest version".
Sounds like an update is near.

That's really good news. Hopefully it happens soon. This new version seems very promising...can't wait till it all comes together. After seeing discussion quiet down for a few weeks, I was beginning to think it was just user error. Guess not. Thanks for the heads up!
