I haven't had a reply to my support emails

Sent several e-mails (Aug 11., 13., 17., today) more or less about same issue, but got no reply until now.

Any ideas?

Hi

Are you still waiting on a reply? Possibly it got caught by an overzealous spam filter? Its hard to tell - I know the support team get a lot of emails but theyre pretty good at responding within 24 hours usually.

Whats the issue? Maybe we can answer it here
