Where can I find the marketing materials of Fatloss4idiots?

I would like to promote fatloss4idiots, however I cannot find an affiliate link or any marketing materials such as banners, or promotional book covers, etc. that I can use on my website. They do have a hoplink through clickbank but I cant seem to find any marketing info. Any suggestions?
