I have an opportunity to advertise to people who are already Mortgage and Real Estate Specialists. I tried promoting

cashforcleanouts.com

from clickbank but after 150 odd hops there is no sale and I am ready to give that up.

Does someone know what can be promoted to these guys who are already experts in their fields?

Well, they are already experts so there's actually very little that could be offered in terms of products in their field so I would be looking into the lateral aspect. Like something that would make it easier for them to calculate mortgage payments or something that would automate most if not all the "paper-based" tasks that they have to do in relation to their business, maybe a software or tool?
