Problems with living in Indonesia and using Clickbank
After reading the six part of Affilorama Lesson, I tried to apply to Clickbank, however the country that I live (Indonesia) is not listed. When I went to the FAQ, they stated that I can't do anything.....
As you know, Paypal just approved Indonesia is one of the country on their list (after quite sometime the country was black listed  due to fraud issues   ), and I have checked that some affiliates company (like Clickbank) accepted the country.
Any suggestion.....? (to be a member of Clickbank if the country is not listed).
Thanks,

Have you looked into any of the mail forwarding services?
http://www.usa2me.com
http://www.usglobalmail.com/
http://www.efls.com/
...are a few
You could also call them and see if your country was going to to added into the system in the future.

Could be a long shot, but do you have any friends in countries that are accepted?

I've seen Mark mention www.myus.com in another post.
Like Sean06 said, if you know someone (that you can trust: familly is better).

Thanks Guys. It gives me solution idea...... Maybe, I will seek the same services in Singapore since it is near to Indonesia (anybody know the URL addresses?).
Another questions: Clickbank mentions that they send checks, instead of by Paypal like other affiliate program. Is it a physical check that they refer ? As you know, my experience to cash in foreigh checks (i.e. USA) needs more than 30 days with heavy collection expenses (since the physical check is send to US bank which issued it).
Or... they have establish bank account on the countries that they selected and issued checks from that particular country?
thanks.

Yep, you actually get a paper cheque that you need to cash at the bank.
Here, it's 30 days wait and $10 before you can use the money so that sounds about right.

We helped out another member in a different forum with this one too.
She lived in the Phillipines and couldn't sign up with a lot of affiliate companies. Just because your country isn't included with Clickbank you have quite a few that are:
Linkshare is one of the world's largest Affliiate Product resources, as well as Kolimbo, is probably also accessable to you.
Hope that might help. I've signed up with and am marketing some products for not only Clickbank but these companies too. Generally your paid through Paypal.

I use usamail1.com for my US mail forwarding. I've only had a good experience using their service. I especially like being able to pay with my Paypal account

I quite agree that Viaddress.com at http://www.viaddress.com offers the lowest shipping rates to forward packages from the US to other countries. Anyone can do a comparison of the shipping rates and find out that Viaddress is the best option if you’re planning to shop from US merchants.
The fact that they don’t have a Setup fee or a monthly membership fee, had convinced me to use them for my last purchase from the states, and I’m quite satisfied with the speed of the processing of my packages.
I decided to follow them on twitter at http://twitter.com/viaddress and I got hold of some pretty generous coupons that I used to get some pretty darn good discounts!

Commission Junction accepts publishers from Indonesia. But I believe you need to have a website first.

After spending a few hours comparing the shipping rates for all the package forwarding companies mentioned in this forum and other forums on the web, I found out that Viaddress.com at http://www.viaddress.com offers the lowest shipping rates according to the shipping calculators on all those sites.
Their Package forwarding service is actually FREE !, with NO set up fees and NO monthly membership fees and they also offer FREE Concierge Service!!! While other companies charge you 5% to 15% commission fee. It also says on their website http://www.viaddress.com that they have the biggest Personal shopper service on Ebay.com in the US.
Well… All of these good points convinced me to try them… and I’m glad I did...
I have used them to shop from Ebay in the US and on other couple of US sites that didn't ship outside the US and I was able to save a lot on shipping by combining all my boxes in one large box for FREE! You can do this by using the package consolidation tool in your account area on Viaddress.com.
