The dating niche has always been an evergreen niche. There is an easy way to know if your niche is evergreen. All niches that call to human needs are considered evergreen, specifically niches in health, money, relationship, and happiness. :)

Bizop is always popular, but due to so many taking advantage of others and making false promises, it usually gets a bad rap and successful online marketers tend to shy away for that reason (even if the opportunity is a "good" one).

International Traffic, what exactly do you mean?

I think 3 niches is more than enough until one is solid enough to leave it alone and move on!
