I picked up several great ideas from the Infoproduct Creation Secrets webinar with Letian

One of the tips that was mentioned I implemented right away. As an ebook publisher I advertise my own ebook on my other sites. Instead of linking directly to the webpage, I changed the link to a hoplink from a separate clickbank account. This is a good way to track sales from my other sites and also increase gravity scores.

The great thing about Mark's webinars is that you get a lot of valuable information you can implement even if you choose not to signup for the product being promoted.

I am thinking about producing my own eBooks. If you don't mind me asking, how much money do you make as an ebook publisher? Can you give me a ball park figure if you do not want to go into detail?

Alayna, sales generate around $2000 a month. So far my books are for nonprofits though and they can be pretty stingy with new purchases, esp. in this economy!

You can see the ebooks I have here. I run the affiliate program through the 1ShoppingCart module (info here) with the exception of the (Broken Link) which is on Clickbank.

I have visited your above mentioned site. I would guess this ebook was written by yourself. Can you please direct to a resource where knowledge ghost writers in their own field are available. Do you recommend any special things which we should be aware of. Thanks in advance.

The books are all authored or co-authored by myself, with the exception of the 5K Run/Walk Book. I originally found the authors on Problogger.net job board and hired them has bloggers a little over a year ago. Over time they proved to have the knowledge and writing skills needed for a book and we built a good relationship. It just happened naturally.
