Do you need web site to use cost per aquisition/action marketing. if not how do you go about using this technique?

Hi Tommy,
If the answer could be put in one post on this forum it would be great but unfortunately.. this is something you need to learn on your own by reading a few forums etc...
You can work CPA without a website... but you will need to learn how.
However, keep in mind that CPA networks will be able to see where your traffic is coming from and then copy you.
The better option is to have your own landing pages etc..

Now having said this, the basic concept of what you are asking is this.
1. You sign up to some CPA networks ( get approved)
2. You advertise your affiliate CPA URL for any given campaign.
3. You promote the offer
4. This will send visitors to the advertisers or your landing page.
5. If they submit their info etc.. you get paid Per action etc..

And that is ONE way.. among heaps of other methods.
You will need to browse forums like the warrior forum or if you want you can look for a good CPA course and learn from it then apply what you learn ( Take Action ).

Keep in mind that if you don't live in a country that is geared towards showing a particular offer to that country then you may not be able to view the landing page of the advertiser... so you will need to use a proxy server.
Google is your best friend when researching how to's...
