Commission Junction - do i really need a website?

hi i'm trying to join commission junction (cj.com) but they say a website URL is required...do i really need one? i'm trying to do affiliate marketing on pages like squidoo.com is it possible for me to just put my profile page on squidoo.com as my website URL? or something similar to this? thx in advance
