Where can I buy an AB website that's already earning?

I was wondering if I can buy a ready made AB website or any website that is already making $50 a week and how much will it cost.

Where can I find these kinds of websites?

Check out http://www.etycoon.net/ All this guy does is buy establish web site, monetize them then turn them over or "flip" them. He has a great deal of video content on his site to check out. I guess the going rate is usually 3 to 5 times the establish monthly income for the site is.....If the site owner can prove that he makes $100 per month than you cab expect to pay $300 to $500 for it.

You can also check out http://www.networksolutions.com/domain-name-registration/pending.jsp for expired or pending domains, get a hold of the owner and see if you like there web site and go from there.

Or you can hire a web designer at some where like http://www.hire-a-designer.com/ starting at $12 an hour out of India, I just found the site and don't know anything about them.

Google is a wonderful tool, put it to work for ya:)

Just a further question in this thread.

I was looking at an established website with traffic and page rank but few sales. It also failed the Traffic Travis analysis to a D+ grade. In no way did it follow Mark's rules. Now if one was to purchase this is it permissible to alter it in a major way with basically the domain name, content and keywords left remaining and recognisable?

Just as an example could a blog site be changed to an article site with the existing content staying on the upgraded site?
