What Is This Exit Popup Software?

Hey guys,

I got this email the other day with this link: http://www.thenumbereffect.com/ and I was wondering what program they're using for their exit pop?

Seems like everybody is using it but I don't know what the name of it is. If you know what it's called please let us know. :)

I just checked the site and it now says 'Sold Out'. And when I closed the window, no more exit popup appears.
